REFUND POLICY

At Thorne Holistic (thornholistic.com), we believe in transparency about how our products work and what to expect when you purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

HOW OUR PRODUCTS WORK

When you purchase a Thorne Holistic product, you are buying a one-time downloadable digital guide. You are charged once at the time of purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring fees, no trial periods, and no future charges of any kind.

Your guide is delivered as a PDF file to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of completed payment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Thorne Holistic operates a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final at the moment of completed checkout.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the content
  • Lack of results or expected outcomes
  • Disagreement with the recommendations in the guide
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Failure to apply the protocol or follow the recommendations
  • Purchases made by mistake, including duplicate purchases (see exceptions below)
  • Inability to open the file due to issues with your own device, software, or email provider

Because our product is a digital download delivered instantly upon payment, the transaction is considered fully fulfilled the moment the file is sent to your email. Digital goods cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, and we do not offer refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind after receiving the product.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • You have read the product description and understood what you are purchasing
  • You understand the product is a digital PDF guide for educational purposes
  • You waive any right to a refund, partial refund, or exchange based on dissatisfaction
  • You accept that individual results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

We will review refund requests on a strict case-by-case basis only in the following specific situations:

1. Non-delivery of product. If you did not receive your guide within 48 hours of completed purchase, and after we have made reasonable efforts to resend the file to the email address on your order, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Most "non-delivery" issues are caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or full inboxes, and can be resolved by resending the file. Contact [email protected] first so we can resend it.

2. Duplicate or accidental charges. If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment processing error on our end, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).

3. Unauthorized charges. If you genuinely did not authorize the purchase and can demonstrate the charge was fraudulent, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate.

To request review under these limited exceptions, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • The name and email address used at checkout
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant supporting information

We will respond within 48 hours. Refunds under these exceptions are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Submitting a refund request does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

CONTENT QUALITY AND OUTCOMES

Our guides contain educational information based on publicly available research, general wellness principles, and the experience of our content creators. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes for your dog, including but not limited to changes in energy, coat quality, longevity, weight, or behavior.

Lack of results, perceived ineffectiveness, or disagreement with the recommendations does NOT qualify as grounds for a refund. You are purchasing access to the educational content, not a guaranteed outcome.

CHARGEBACKS

If you have a billing concern, contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company.

Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as a descriptor associated with Thorne Holistic. If you do not recognize a charge, please email us at [email protected] so we can quickly identify and clarify the transaction. In most cases, we can resolve concerns faster than the bank dispute process.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks are taken seriously. Filing a chargeback for a transaction you authorized and where the product was successfully delivered is considered a fraudulent dispute. We reserve the right to:

  • Provide all relevant evidence to the payment processor to defend the charge, including proof of delivery, IP address, email confirmation, and timestamps
  • Recover associated chargeback fees from you through legal means
  • Permanently ban you from making future purchases
  • Report the dispute to relevant fraud prevention databases used by other merchants
  • Pursue legal action for theft of digital goods if applicable

We strongly encourage you to email us first. We respond quickly and aim to resolve any legitimate billing issues directly.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If your payment is declined or fails to process at checkout, your order will not be completed and you will not receive the product. There is nothing further to do on your end unless you wish to try the purchase again with a different payment method.

REFUND PROCESSING

In the rare cases where a refund is approved under the limited exceptions above, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Thorne Holistic is not responsible for delays caused by your bank.

Once a refund is processed, your license to use the guide is immediately revoked. You are required to delete all copies of the file from your devices. Continued use of the content after a refund constitutes copyright infringement.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
