Our Products are digital goods. You are not purchasing a physical item, a service, ongoing access, or membership of any kind. Your purchase grants you a single download of the specified Product.

2. PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING

Pricing: All Products are sold at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with industry security standards.

Charges on Your Statement: Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as a descriptor associated with Thorne Holistic. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before contacting your bank or filing a chargeback.

Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or disputing a legitimate charge constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue collection of any fraudulent chargebacks, including associated fees and legal costs, through all available legal means.

One-Time Purchase: All purchases are single transactions. There are no recurring charges, subscription fees, or hidden costs. You will be charged once, at the time of purchase, for the Product displayed in your order.

3. NO-REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Because our Products are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, all sales are final at the moment of completed checkout.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read the Product description before purchasing
  • You understand that the Product is a digital download
  • You waive any right to a refund, partial refund, store credit, or exchange
  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction, lack of results, or failure to read the Product description does not entitle you to a refund
  • Inability to open, read, or use the file due to issues with your own device, software, or email provider does not entitle you to a refund (we are happy to resend the file or troubleshoot delivery)

4. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Products are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of completed purchase.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure your email provider does not block automated delivery emails

Violations may result in immediate termination of your license, legal action for monetary damages (statutory damages for copyright infringement can range from $750 to $150,000 per work under US law), and reporting to relevant authorities.

The information in our Products:
